DOPF Celebrates Okpomo on Chieftaincy Conferment

The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has congratulated Okies Victor Okpomo on his conferment and recognition as Chief Okakuro and Ufuoma of Oghara Kingdom.

The forum, in a congratulatory message signed by its Chairman, Emmanuel Enebeli, MNIPR, FCISM, described the conferment as a significant recognition of Okpomo’s contributions to his community and the confidence reposed in him by the traditional institution and people of Oghara Kingdom.

DOPF said it was confident that Okpomo’s experience, wisdom and commitment to community development would enable him to contribute meaningfully to the peace, unity and progress of the kingdom.

The forum also stressed the importance of traditional institutions in preserving cultural heritage, fostering unity and promoting peace and development.

It urged the new chief to uphold the values, traditions and responsibilities associated with his new positions, while using his experience to advance the interests of the people.

“DOPF joins the people of Oghara Kingdom, as well as the family, friends and associates of Chief Okpomo, in celebrating this remarkable milestone,” the statement said.

The forum wished Okpomo wisdom, strength, good health and a successful tenure in his new roles.

It further congratulated him on his emergence as Chief Okakuro and Ufuoma of Oghara Kingdom.
